Ace Family unveils new home on YouTube

Ace Family’s new home visit is almost 30 minutes and sees parents Austin and Catherine showing just about every nook and cranny of their new luxury home.

The couple show off everything from their children’s playroom (Elle Lively McBroom, Steel McBroom, Alaïa Marie McBroom) to their home theater, playroom, living room, bathrooms, gym as well as the outdoor space.

At the start of the home tour, Austin, 29, said, “We try to keep this home as private as possible,” explaining why they chose to keep parts of the home private.

While showing off their new luxury kitchen, Austin says, “To me it’s much better than our old kitchen, it’s three times the size.”

The dining room has a built-in waterfall to create a stunning ambiance for every family meal.

Besides the swimming pool, the outdoor area of the property also has an open plot for children to play.

What happened to their old house?

Austin and Catherine, who often show off their luxury lifestyle to their audiences, moved to their former Los Angeles home in 2019.

Back then, the parents of three and their fandom were thrilled to now live in the home of their dreams. However, things did not go as planned.

An October 2021 report on Initiated claimed the McBrooms no longer own their $ 10 million luxury mansion. The report also claimed that the property had been seized.

According to documents reviewed by Insider, “The property was returned to its lender after it failed to attract bidders at a foreclosure auction on October 19.”

As a result of the reports and speculation, Austin and Catherine eventually took to their YouTube to clean the air.

In the video, Catherine went on to say that the real estate agent, as well as the “bogus contractor”, “fucked us”. She claimed that the contractor did not have a license and therefore it was a fake.

In addition, Austin and Catherine also have claims that they did not have the certificate of occupancy.

Detailing the issues they faced in the mansion, Catherine added that there were endless wall leaks, cheap furniture and cabinets, ill-fitting doors and other structural issues.

The couple also responded to rumors that they would not pay the mortgage and other bills. “If it was true that we didn’t pay our bills,” said Catherine, referring to the foreclosure, “why would I have spent $ 40,000 to $ 50,000 on my gardening.”

Blame Realtor on Catherine Mortgage Arrangement also asserted, “He ended up getting a loan that ended up being double the price I expected.”
