NOTICE OF SALE 2019-CP-21-03618 UNDER Order in Council so far granted in the case of: US Bank National Association, not as an individual but only as Trustee for Mortgage Backed Notes CIM Trust 2017-8, series 2017-8 against Nickie E. Jones aka Nickie Jones, Shirley S. Jones aka Shirley Ann Jones, and Mariner Finance, LLC, I, the undersigned Master in Equity for the County of Florence, will sell the 2 November 2021 at 11:00 am, or other date thereafter, as approved by the Court, at the Florence County Judicial Center, Courtroom 3C, 181 North Irby Street in Florence, SC, to the highest bidder , the property described hereinafter, namely: certain piece, parcel or lot of land lying, being and situated in the Florence County School District No. 2 and located approximately 0.4 mile north of the intersection of a county road and S-21-731 on the county road, containing 1.0 acre and being bounded generally north, east and south by other lands of Ralph Jones, and on the west by said county road a distance of 120.0 feet on said county road. Said lot being more particularly described on this certain map by Robert F. Morgan, RLS, dated January 22, 1980 and recorded in the office of the clerk of the county court of Florence in the book Plat 19 on page 67. Being the same property transferred to Nickie Jones by deed of Ralph Jones, dated February 25, 1980 and recorded February 25, 1980 in Deed Book A168 at page 502; Nickie Jones subsequently transferred the subject property to Thomas E. Smith, Jr. by deed dated July 8, 1983 and recorded July 8, 1983 in Deed Book 195 at page 216; Thomas E. Smith, Jr. subsequently transferred the subject property to Nickie E. Jones and Shirley S. Jones by deed dated July 8, 1983 and recorded July 8, 1983 in Deed Book A195 at page 218. TMS No.00405-02-041 Property Address: 3104 Ralph Jones Road, Pamplico, SC 29583 TERMS OF SALE: The successful bidder, other than the claimant, will deposit with the Master in Equity at the conclusion of the auction, five percent (5%) of said offer, in cash or equivalent, as proof of good faith, even to be applied to the purchase price in the event of compliance, but to be forfeited and applied first to costs and then to debt of the applicant in the event of non-compliance. If the successful bidder fails or refuses to make the required deposit at the time of the offer or complies with the other terms of the offer within thirty (30) days, then the Master in Equity may resell the property on the same terms and conditions.
