NOTICE OF SALE UNDER Decree previously granted in the case of: Nationstar Mortgage LLC d / b / a Mr. Cooper vs Ina Penniston. The following property will be sold on January 4, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. at the Darlington County Courthouse to the highest bidder. All that piece, parcel of land being, being and situated in Darlington County, State of South Carolina, known and designated as part of Lot No. 8, containing 0.537 acres, as shown on a map prepared by Ryan F Magnus , dated December 22, 2009, and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the County Court of Darlington in Book Flat 207 at page 247. Said lot being bounded as follows, namely: on the north by the remainder of Lot No. 8; in the East by Palmetto Group Investments, LLC; to the south by Elissa Drive and to the west by the Mary Douglas property. Reference being made to the map referenced above for a more complete and precise description. This is the same property ceded to Ina Penniston by the deed of EG Hudson dated February 18, 2010 and recorded on March 1, 2010, in book 1059 on page 640.
